Hexham 10KM

I only went and trimmed 2 mins off my PB. A 1hr 10KM!!! I was not expecting that.

When I woke up today I just wasn’t feeling it, but out of nowhere it all came good.

When I got the results I hit a brief low when I saw I was positioned 150th out of 185. But I just have to remember I’m racing myself, no-one else and these smaller events are full of running clubs competing.
