Virtual MoRun – Half Marathon

I wanted to do the MoRun again this year but ‘real life’ has got in the way of entering the Newcastle event. This time I opted for the ‘virtual’ half marathon version, not a bad effort second fasted time over this distance.

What I found interesting was the difference in my appearance from last years’ MoRun to this year. I hadn’t really acknowledged it but it does look like this effort is beginning to make a difference.
