Newcastle Winter Warmer 10KM:

The first race of the was for the second year on the trot, the Newcastle Winter Warmer. Yet again another freezing cold day on the Town Moor.

But wait, what’s happened? A 10KM PB?? Surely not, how did that happen?

Not only was it a PB but also 8 minutes quicker than last year.

This is the first time that I can honestly compare two races and look at my progress. I feel fitter, I’ve lost two inches off my waist and I’m obviously faster. The only downside is when I look at the picture on the right from both races I can’t see any size difference.
