Run Newcastle Valentines 10KM:

This week it’s race number 2 of 2023, the Run Newcastle Valentines 10KM. at Newcastle Town Moor.

I can’t believe it but for the second week on the trot I’ve set a new PB! Today’s time was 55:50.

In the same race last year I finished in 1:06:07 so super chuffed with that.

A huge thank you to the version of me on the right for believing that I could improve at my age and size.

Also well done to Run Nation for moving to medals made from sustainable materials and not offering t- shirts for all. Great to see a local race making such a positive step
